GENERAL PRINCIPLES IN THE ACTIVITY OF SUPRAWEG LOGISTIC
The site inspector takes action as a representative of the investor and he is one of the important factors following the accomplishment of the construction works in accordance with the quality requirements and respecting the terms and values established in the execution contract.
The investors’ interest is to use certified site inspectors with high professional training as a warranty for protecting its interests regarding the investment.
The site inspector represents the investor in his relations to all the factors involved in the construction (designers, entrepreneurs, suppliers, service suppliers, etc).
The site inspector answers to the states’ correspondent organs, for the construction according to the project and to the technical regulations in effect.
Responsibilities of the site inspector in the preparation period of the works execution:
- Verifies the existence of the building authorization
- Verifies the correspondence between the stipulations of the authorization and the ones of the project
- Studies the project, tasks books, the technologies and procedures for accomplishing the construction
- Controls the compliance of the stipulations regarding the project verification by the certified inspectors
- Controls the existence in the project of the stipulations of the determinant phases and of the control program of the designer
- Renders the site free of any tasks to the executor and the landmarks foreseen by the designer
- Participates together with the designer and the executor to the general assignation of the building
- Renders the terrain reserved for site organization to the constructor
During the work execution period
- Follows the achievement of the constructions according to the contract’s stipulations, according to the projects, and the task books;
- Verifies the compliance of the execution technologies;
- Accomplishes the inspections foreseen in the technical norms and signs the documents elaborated following the check –ups.
- Takes part in the inspection during the determinant phases and to elaborating the protocols for hidden labors;
- Verifies the compliance with the legislation regarding the used materials;
- Forbids the use of improper materials, of half-finished materials and fabricated materials.
- Forbids the use of new technologies, without technical approval
- Assists to the sampling from the construction site;
- When necessary, requests the executor to stop the execution, to demolish the improperly performed works and they rebuilding based on solutions elaborated by the designer
- Transmits the designer his own observations in the purpose of solving the situation;
- Verifies the compliance with the requirements established by the Law 10/1995 regarding the quality of the construction in case of adopting new solutions or in the purpose of documentation modification;
- It takes over the documentations from the designer and executor and elaborates the technical book of the construction.
At the construction’s reception
- Takes part in the works reception, ensures the reception’s secretariat and elaborates the reception documents;
- Follows the solution of the problems established or recommended by the reception commission;
- Hands over to the investor/beneficiary the documents of the reception;
